Meet the ESCORT SD12-TS, the latest generation of the AR-Style shotgun by Hatsan. It represents a dramatic rethinking of semi-auto shotguns – because it’s an AR first and a shotgun second. The controls and styling are similar to a modern AR-15.

This gas operated shotgun uses a durable alloy magazine well that allows for fast and easy magazine changes, takes 3-inch shells, and comes with 3 magazines in 2, 5 and 10 shotshell capacity, a Foregrip with bipod and a set of flip-up front and rear sights.  The 18-inch Oxidation Proof – Chrome plated drilled steel barrel has a protective shroud to keep it from being dented as well as Hatsan’s patented ThermoDefend®Technology that absorbs heat coming from the barrel and protects your hand.

The SD12-TS model is designed to be a multi-purpose firearm that will fill your need as a tactical, home defense, hunting and sporting shotgun.  It features a reversible bolt cocking handle for ambidextrous operation, a Tactical telescopic stock with pistol grip and elevation adjustable comb, Picatinny rails on all sides of forend as well as a Picatinny rail integrated into the receiver, an AR-15 style detachable carry handle and a Custom Design Hard Case.
