Bargaindock.com may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases reported to our customer service team within 10 days of delivery and returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 25 days of purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase and receive approval from Bargaindock.com customer service to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell as well as safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Altered Products
- Gift Certificates
- Firearm Parts (Subject to Inspection)
- Mouth Calls
- Optics & Optic Mounts (Subject to Inspection)
- Tents that have been set up or removed from their original packaging.
- Gun Powder
- Tree Stands
- Some health and personal care items
- Flammable Liquids or Gases
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee, products showing excess usage may be returned to the customer.
- Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first return the purchased product(s) to us. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available may suggest a comparable, equivalent product or refund the full purchase price of your item(s).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com return your item to us.
We will gladly exchange the product for an identical product. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the original email of the gift giver.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Bargaindock.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bargaindock will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier. The Return Wizard will guide you through the return process and indicate which products may be returned to Bargaindock.com and which must be returned directly to the supplier.
